Who will prepare it? — With a PNG, you choose a printer and a frame. With a delivered print, production is arranged as part of the order.
What is the complete budget? — Add printing, paper and any frame to the download price. For a shipped product, compare the checkout total for the destination.
Where will it fit? — Measure the wall space and the frame opening. The outside dimensions of a frame are different from the image area.

Download, print and frame: what you are buying

The PNG HD download costs €3.99 and becomes available on the website after payment is validated. The A3 print is listed at €39.90 and the A2 at €54.90. The wooden-frame option starts at €134.90. These are product price references; availability and your order total are checked in the creator. Buying the file does not start a postal shipment. Buying an unframed print does not add a frame. Read the selected product again before continuing to payment, especially if you have tried several options.

Compare the cost of the finished gift

For a download, make four lines in your budget: file, printing, frame and presentation. Ask your printer for a quote at your preferred size before buying a frame. For a delivered product, consider the displayed product price, any destination-related costs and whether you want separate gift wrapping. A €3.99 file and a framed object cover different work. The digital option leaves more decisions to you, which can be useful if you already own a suitable frame or prefer a particular local print shop.

Check the file with the printer first

Tell the print shop that your PNG contains 4960 × 7016 pixels. Ask whether they accept the format, which size they recommend and how they handle margins. Automatic cropping can cut a heading or personal message; preserve the full composition even if this means leaving a border. Consider a test print before an important order. Paper and printer settings affect colour, so the appearance on a bright phone screen cannot predict the print exactly. Inspect the smallest lines of text as well as the central sky illustration.

Choose a format that fits the handover

If you are giving the present in person, the digital option lets you arrange production nearby, after checking the print shop’s actual turnaround. If the recipient lives elsewhere, a delivered print can reduce the work you need to coordinate once the country and address are checked. If you are sharing the file itself, explain how the recipient can use it. Download and inspect the final image first; a screenshot of the preview is not the purchased file. Choose according to how much preparation you want to handle as well as the date of the occasion.

View the full poster and review the names, date, time, place and personal wording. Look at the chosen design again, then confirm the format and total. Is the download a PDF?

The star-map poster is a 4960 × 7016 pixel PNG HD file at 300 DPI. The star certificate is a separate product with its own PDF. Check that your printer accepts PNG files before choosing the download.

Does the €3.99 file include a frame?

No print or frame is included with the €3.99 file. You can keep the digital image, arrange printing yourself or select an available physical product in the creator.

Can I rely on an exact delivery day?

Check the estimate and available delivery options for the destination before payment. An estimated delivery window is not a promise of arrival at an exact time or on a particular day.

Is a star certificate another version of the print?

A certificate personalises the dedication of one star in the private Starry Memory register. A star-map poster depicts the calculated sky for a chosen moment. They tell different stories and are separate products.
