Talk about what you know without announcing their future or family plans. If several guests participate, appoint an editor and agree on a single final version. Long signatures can appear in an attached card, in order to keep the certificate readable and to avoid a succession of incompatible messages.
Plan a thoughtful, discreet presentation
Choose the table provided for gifts or a time agreed with the organizers. Don't turn the presentation of the gift into a surprise speech that changes the course of the party. After verified payment and confirmed assignment, inspect the PDF before printing or transmitting it. The digital product includes neither a frame nor a posted parcel.
