To thank a teacher, a classroom scene is often better than a phrase about the “best teacher”. The gift can keep track of a discovery and the accompanying work, while remaining simple to organize for participating families or students.

Collect specific memories from the class
Suggest a short question: “What did you like to learn or try this year? » The answers can evoke an experience, a reading, an outing or the courage to speak out. Look for a common thread without attributing the same experience to the whole class. Students' words can inspire the text, but do not publish their personal stories or academic struggles in a document intended for circulation.
Invite contributions without pressure
First check the establishment’s practices regarding gifts. Set a modest budget, a deadline and a person responsible for the purchase; participation must remain free. Any collection is managed between participants: do not assume the existence of a shared payment on the site. Have a second adult proofread the text and use a simple collective signature, for example the group or school year, rather than a long list that is difficult to read.
Make the gift inclusive and respectful
Avoid information that publicly identifies students, their school, and their schedules together. Publication of the name in the register is not necessary to offer the certificate. After confirming the order, inspect the PDF before printing; no frame or package is included. You can attach the individual drawings or words on a separate medium. Present the dedication as a symbol of gratitude associated with a real star, without assigning it an official or scientific value.
